TASTING NOTES
Semisweet mead with a ruby red color that gives off aromas of cherries and honey.
Cherry predominates in the mouth with such subtle tannins and a slight astringency that make the balance between acid and sweet perfect.
Awarded in the international competition “Copa Reina”, Madrid from 2019 to the present. In April 2023 in Copa Hidromiel, Mexico with a silver medal.

STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS
Keep in a dry place and protected from sunlight.
Once opened, store it in the refrigerator.
CONSUMPTION RECOMMENDATIONS
Serve between 10-15ºC chilled in the refrigerator or an ice bucket.
It goes excellent with fish and seafood. With risottos and vegetables.
For dessert, it is a delight to pair it with pure dark chocolate.
