TASTING NOTES
On the nose, we find syrup, dried apricots, pineapple, cinnamon, and vanilla. On the palate a sweet apricot flavor bathed in honey with a balanced astringency from the American oak giving it nuances of cinnamon and vanilla.

STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS
Keep in a dry place and protected from sunlight.
Once opened, store it in the refrigerator.
CONSUMPTION RECOMMENDATIONS
Serve between 10-15ºC chilled in the refrigerator or an ice bucket.
We recommend serving it as an appetizer or as a dessert.
Ideal for savory pastries, pairing well with a Galician pie, spinach pie, or cocarroi (Mallorcan Specialty).
