TASTING NOTES
In the aroma, the presence of the barrel is complemented by hints of dried figs, almonds, honey, and cocoa.
On the palate, a rich blend of figs and wood is perfectly balanced, followed by a sweet honey flavor and finishing with notes of cocoa and almond.
This mead received awards at the Copa Reina in Madrid 2022 and in February 2023 at the “Mead Madness Cup” in Poland, winning a bronze medal award.

STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS
Keep in a dry place and protected from sunlight.
Once opened, store it in the refrigerator.
CONSUMPTION RECOMMENDATIONS
Serve between 10-15ºC chilled in the refrigerator or an ice bucket.
Pairs excellently with freshwater or saltwater oily fish.
It can also be served as an appetizer or dessert in a small glass.
