TASTING NOTES
On the nose, we find syrup, dried apricots, pineapple, cinnamon, and vanilla. On the palate, a sweet flavor of apricots bathed in honey with a balanced astringency from the American oak, imparting nuances of cinnamon and vanilla.

We recommend serving it as an appetizer or as a dessert.
Ideal for savory pastries, pairing well with a Galician pie, spinach pie, or cocarroi (Mallorcan Specialty).
